We are delighted to welcome Sprouts Farmers Market as a new Spartans Band Sponsor for this year! We appreciate their support and the opportunity to perform at their Grand Opening Celebration on September 2!
When: Wednesday morning, September 2
Where: Sprouts Sandy Springs: 4600 Roswell Rd. Sandy Springs, GA
Time: Students should meet at Sprouts at 6:00 am. We will perform from 6:15 am to 7:00 am & should be back at North Springs around 7:45 am. Students will not miss any school.
What To Wear: Students should wear marching band uniform jacket, pants, hat, and shoes (students will need to take these items home on Tuesday after school.)
Transportation: We will not have school buses that morning so students who drive to school will drive to Sprouts, or parents can transport students. We will also need a few parent volunteers to help carpool leaving North Springs at 5:45 am. Please email Renee Hasterok if you can help transport students from (& back to) North Springs that morning.
Please note the following change recently made to the Varsity Football Game schedule:
North Springs Charter High School's Homecoming Game has been moved from 9/11/2015 to 10/30/2015. The Homecoming game will be played against North Atlanta High School and will coincide with Senior Night.

Early August 2015
Band Camp Update:
Thank you to all that participated in Band Camp last week. Even though we had an interrupted week, we are off to a great start for the 2015 Marching season.
Special thank you to Sharon Gilbert and Renee Hasterock for helping with meals during camp!
The band will play for the scrimmage game on Friday, August 14. Please plan to come and cheer or volunteer to chaperone the band.
The following volunteer opportunities are available ASAP!
Once again, we are offering a meal plan for marching band students for dinner before football games. Please see this flyer for more information.
Band/Orchestra/Chorus Potluck Dinner:
Please plan to attend the Potluck Dinner on Tuesday, August 18th. Important information will be given and tuxedo and dress fittings will take place that evening. Please bring your checkbook. ALL Band students must have a tuxedo or school approved black dress for concerts. This is a requirement for being in band. Tuxedo Warehouse will be there for fittings and a deposit or full payment is required to order your tuxedo.

$100 payment for band dues is due on Friday, August 14. Please drop payment in the lock box in the band room.
